We have great news to share with our customers in Crows Landing. The Patterson location, which has served Central Valley growers, contractors, and equipment owners since 1963, has moved after more than 60 years at that site. The new facility is at 18 Fink Rd, Crows Landing, CA 95313, and is approximately eight miles from the current Patterson address. This still puts it about 10 minutes away for most customers who make that drive today. The official opening date for the new Crows Landing location is July 13, 2026. Here’s what the new location looks like and what it means for you.
Belkorp Ag is relocating our Patterson operations to a new facility in Crows Landing, California. The new address is 18 Fink Rd, Crows Landing, CA 95313. The facility offers more service shop space, expanded yard storage, and improved access to Interstate 5. The same team and services are moving with the operation.
The short answer is growth. The Patterson facility has been in continuous operation since 1963, and the volume of equipment, service work, and parts support we handle today looks very different from when we first opened. The current site no longer has the physical space to support the scale of the operation or the customers it serves throughout the region.
The Crows Landing facility addresses that directly. It brings more shop floor space for service and repair work, a larger yard for equipment storage, and a location with direct access to Interstate 5. That access matters for our customers who move equipment frequently, and it supports the logistics required to keep parts and delivery operations running smoothly across the Valley.
The new location is purpose-built for the kind of operation Belkorp Ag runs today. The expanded service capacity means more work can be done on-site and turnaround times stay predictable even during busy seasons. For growers running almonds, pistachios, and row crops, that kind of service reliability is not a small thing, especially when equipment downtime during harvest directly affects yield.
