BELKORP AG TO ACQUIRE THOMASON TRACTOR IN FIREBAUGH, EXPANDING OUR JOHN DEERE SALES AND SERVICING IN THE CENTRAL VALLEY

Belkorp Ag and Thomason Tractor are excited to announce that we have entered into an agreement for the purchase and sale of Thomason Tractor to Belkorp Ag, pending Deere & Company approval.  Both companies are long standing family businesses, with Belkorp business roots dating back to the 1940’s and with the Thomason family business which began operations in the 1960’s.  We share the same vision and dedication to our customers, our culture and longstanding employees with a focus on long term growth.  

As we work towards a late spring completion of the acquisition of Thomason Tractor Co, Belkorp Ag looks forward to welcoming Thomason’s dedicated staff to our family business. Note that there are no changes in day-to-day operations currently.  Belkorp Ag and Thomason Tractor will continue to operate independently and efficiently as we continue normal operations maintaining strong customer service and support as a top priority.  We will continue with communications to staff and our customers throughout this process to ensure that we maintain full transparency to all stakeholders.

Celebrating our 12th year in business, we are a family-owned entity (www.Belkorp.com) with a legacy spanning over 80 years.  We are excited to continue to grow our footprint in California and expand its sales and servicing. Our goal is to provide the best Deere customer experience and outstanding John Deere Product Support.  We know this acquisition will support this goal for our new and existing customers in the Central Valley.
