5ML Series - 5100ML & 5115ML

If you’re a tree fruit or nut grower looking for a low-profile tractor, the John Deere 5ML models give you a wide range of options for greater performance and ease of use. You can count on the 5100ML and the 5115ML tractors to easily maneuver in and around orchards without damaging branches or high-value fruit. Both tractors come with a 16F/16R PowrReverser Transmission, along with Open-Center Hydraulics and Mechanical Hitch Lever. Performance advantages include a PowrQuad Transmission, PFC Hydraulics, and Mechanical Hitch Lever.

These tractors include a number of features designed to help ease your day and your workload. For example, there are two work lights mounted below the hinge point on the inside of the ROPS. The lights can tilt down for a brighter view of implement hookup and operations. To keep you more comfortable on long work days, John Deere added a shield under the operator platform to limit heat transfer from the hydraulics.

The 5ML Series also offers plenty of optional features to round out the tractors. Options include fender extensions with full or partial tire coverage, a mechanical suspension seat, and a factory-installed loader prep package. You can also use JDLink to locate your tractor, monitor your engine hours, maintenance and fuel usage right from your computer or mobile device.

5G Series - 5075GV & 5075GN

From light mowing to heavy spraying and any number of jobs in between, the 5G Series tractors offer the features and options required to take performance and uptime to the next level. These machines are the perfect solutions for working in the vineyard. The 5075GV and the 5075GN tractors have different working widths to meet different needs, so you can choose the one that works best for you. At less than 43 inches, the 5GV easily slips through the narrow rows many growers have incorporated to save water. For those that want extra width, the 5GN is 6.5 inches wider to increase stability on inclines.

These tractors can handle more than just the straight and narrow, too. John Deere tightened the turning circle to save time, effort, and fuel. The 5GN turning radius is an incredible 8 percent smaller than that of the 5EN. One of the key advantages of these narrow tractors is their ability to turn tighter corners with the narrow spacing. But while the new 5Gs are narrow and nimble, they are not lightweight. The four-wheel-drive cab configuration weighs over 6500 pounds- that means increased stability and a solid working platform to put more power to the ground.

There’s plenty of power to go around, too. The 5GV and 5GN are both available with 75 and 90 horsepower. The 5GN even offers an additional 100 horsepower FT4 engine option. You can choose from a choice of transmissions to better match your workload or cost concerns, as well. The mechanical 12F/12R SyncReverser Transmission is a great option for those looking to economize. If you want more speeds or you perform a lot of directional change work, the 24F/12R PowrReverser Transmission might be the best choice.
